Mary Jane Netley, 95, Livingston, MT and formerly Cherokee, IA passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 2, 2016 after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl, her parents, Malcolm and Christina (Staver) Hyndman, a sister, Shirley Booth and brothers, Staver, Keith, and Mac Hyndman.
Mary Jane married Carl Netley in 1947. They farmed in the Quimby and Marcus area until Carl's death in 1985. She also worked at Central Trust & Savings Bank for many years. Mary Jane became a member of the Immaculate Conception Parish in 1987 and was active in Catholic Daughters. She enjoyed crocheting and belonged to several card clubs.
Mary Jane will be remembered by her daughter, Mary Louise Hatz and her husband, Bob, Leola, PA, Randal , Omaha, NE, Phil and his wife, Mary, Palm Desert, CA, Wayne, Livingston, MT, and Steve, Morongo Valley, CA. She had six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mary Jane lived with her son, Wayne, in Livingston, MT for the past three years.
Services will be announced at a later date. Our mother was fortunate to have wonderful and caring friends, neighbors and extended family. We are grateful to all of you.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. June 24, 2016, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cherokee.
