Gladys Rosann Rogge, the daughter of George and Helen Tramp was born August 11, 1937, at Knox County, NE. Her childhood years were spent in South Sioux City where she attended school and graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1955.
Following graduation Gladys worked as a hairdresser for several years. She moved to Cherokee in the early 1970's and continued working as a hairdresser. She later managed the V.F.W., then worked at Wilson Foods, and eventually K Products in Marcus until her retirement in 2000.
Gladys enjoyed gardening, her flower garden, and feeding birds.
On April 30, 2016, Gladys passed away at Careage Hills Nursing home at the age of 78. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her two children, JD (Missi) Rogge of Cherokee, IA, and Jamie Rogge of Lead, SD; and two brothers, Lee Tramp of Dakota City, NE, and Leroy Tramp of Dakota City, NE; and three grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, May 5, 2016 at St. Michaels Cemetery in South Sioux City, NE.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with the family present at the Greenwood-Schubert Funeral Home in Cherokee.
